Plans by Aspen Architectural Services The complexity of your plan requirements dictate cost. Requirements depend on your personal needs and those of the building department and engineer. You may wish to review our Discussion of engineering costs

Aspen Architectural Services provides plans of several complexity levels:

Minimal Detail - A basic plan including the following:
Floorplan, roof plan, elevations, floor framing plan, 1 cross section, basic structural details (no foundation or electrical plan).
Cost range is $1.50 TO $2.00 per sq ft.

- Moderate Detail - includes the above plus foundation and electrical:
Cost range is $2.00 to $2.50 per sq ft

- Complex - includes the above plus a site plan, engineering and more details:
Cost range is $2.50 to $3.50 per sq ft

Please Note: Range of cost is dictated by the design chosen, complexity of the project and the size of the structure. Aspen Architectural has a $1,000.00 minimum on all projects.

These costs and prices are not quotes. They are simply cost benchmarks developed over time through experience and the use of national averages. These values are adequate for determining initial budgets and project feasibility. All prices must ultimately be validated using final plans by your realtor, suppliers, builder and contractor(s).
