Aspen Log&Timber Homes is primarily a builder who designs and builds custom log and Timber Frame homes. Your choice of your dream log home is not limited by kits or existing log home plans.

Our custom designs now extend to the timber frame style homes.  These home can be designed in the traditional way, or, using the beautiful styles of log homes and designing for timber frame construction.  This new style of home is very exciting to us as it allows for a much more western resort feeling, than with traditional style timber frame homes.  By using this design criteria you get the best of both worlds.

We do have plans of nearly 90 log homes that we have built and that's a great place to start, but the difference is that we provide customization of those plans to suit your site, your preferences and your budget.  There is no need to sacrifice building on that difficult site with the spectacular view, or that sloping lot, or of being able to find a plan that will accommodate a three car garage, or a basement or a sleeping loft for weekend guests or.... whatever else you have in mind to make your dream log home extra special.

Our experience in building more than 90 log homes over the past seven years has allowed us to develop the flexibility to design and engineer log homes with different foundation type, log homes with walk out features, log homes with full or half basements. We have built log homes with great cathedral roofs and others with round turrets, some of our homes have spectacular roof architecture that would be impossible to duplicate from any log home kit.
