The Yellow Buttons below are for pricing a log package for hand peeled, milled logs only with no shell erection, but will price components for all styles. An easy rule of thumb is our erected log packages start at about $35 a sq ft and can go as high as $75 a sq ft, depending upon the home, the location, and the type of logs.
Milled log packages will start at $16 a Sq ft and move higher based upon
the complexity and the size of logs. The yellow buttons below will give you a good indication of what the real cost are going to be. A turn-key
handcrafted build on a full walk-out basement will start at about $170 a sq ft for everything under roof, and can go to well over $300 a sq ft.
