DESIGN
Aspen Log Homes will design your home based upon your criteria, plans, drawings etc. In most cases we will in our offices, begin your preliminary plans. If an Architect is what you have in mind, we have a list from which you may choose. Upon approval of the preliminary plans will then have our draftsman draw you plans to 1/4 scale for submittal to state licensed Engineers to be stamped for submittal to your local planning department for approval.
At Aspen Log Homes, because we have our own experienced crews, and because of the way we purchase, buying a home from us will allow you to build a higher quality home. If you are an owner/builder, and have purchased a log package from us, Aspen log homes prices the log shell erection into the log package costs, so you don't have to worry about the most difficult part of the build.
