The Ranch House is the most versatile structure we have ever designed. The exterior design can be changed to fit any building site or architectural style. The floor plan is open. The rooms are all over sized for maximum comfort. The Great Room has a beautiful pine finished cathedral ceiling which extends into the Loft making the big living area feel even bigger. Kitchen and Dining areas are well dimensioned and open, with large window areas and an island that doubles as a breakfast bar. The Master Bedroom suite is very comfortable with it's own patio access and huge walk-in closet. Upstairs bedrooms are spacious with large closets. In addition, there is a log railed staircase and catwalk that overlooks the Great Room... Nothing is more dramatic!
The exterior features a verandah style covered porch that wraps three sides of the home. This is not only romantic, but energy efficient as well. We have also incorporated a large amount of window area to take advantage of your views. |
