Permits, landscaping, roads, bridges, and plans are never included in estimates

As a rule of thumb log packages with shell erections are between $25 and $65 a sq ft depending upon the plan and type of logs. A full turn-key job can start at $150 a sq ft and depending upon the plan, engineering and amenity levels, can go to well over $400 a sq ft if in a resort area with short building seasons. (Viking appliances, wood floors, Anderson Windows, Custom kitchens, granite countertops, T&G ceilings are priced in the estimate)
